At Union Lighting & Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  Package Securely

  Ensure the item is in its original, uninstalled condition and packed in the original manufacturer’s packaging with all included hardware and manuals.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outer shipping carton and send the package via a trackable carrier to our returns department.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
